Upcoming/Recent Events

The department will be bagging groceries at Kroger (555 W. OGLETHORPE HWY, HINESVILLE) for tips. The hours will be 12-9-ish on July 3rd, and 9-5 on July 4th. Thank you to all for the generous doantions!

The department will also be participating in the annual National Night Out the 4th of August in Hinesville. We will have a concession booth and hope you will come out and support us. Time is 4 PM to 8 PM and will be located behind the Liberty County Courthouse.

The department will then be hosting a Community Fish Fry on September 15th, 2007 at the Gum Branch Community Park on Highway 196 West. There will be a live band and entertainment available. Prices for the meals to be announced shortly.

There will also be a community Yard Sale October 13th 2007 at the station. More information will be available closer to that date as well.

And finally, October 20th, 2007 will be our 22nd annual Bar-b-que at the department. Information and tickets will be available closer to that date as well.

And as always, we hope that you'll help support the department in it's efforts to raise money to help protect the citizens of western Liberty County. Without the help from people like you, we would not be able to maintain our efforts to help protect our neighbors. We appreciate all the help we have received in the past and hope you will continue to do so in the future.
